How to make a referral
Referrals are completed by the childrens parents / guardians and not from a GP. The quickest and easiest way is to complete the online referral form which is HERE

- Call our advice line on 020 8339 8106 on Wednesdays 10.00am – 12.00pm and Thursdays 2.00pm – 4.00pm (answerphone service available)
